DJ Booking Form Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation:
The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking agreement and the required deposit.
The client agrees to provide accurate event details, including date, time, venue address, and other relevant information.

2. Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 of the total fee is required to secure the DJ's services for the specified date.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.
Payments can be made via Paypal or payment link on request.

3. Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs less than [X] days before the event, the client is responsible for the full payment of the agreed-upon fee.

4. Performance Conditions:
The client is responsible for providing a safe and secure performance area with adequate power supply.
The DJ reserves the right to cease performance if the conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Music Requests:
The client may provide a list of preferred songs or genres, and the DJ will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests.
The DJ retains the right to make on-the-spot adjustments to the playlist to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

6. Equipment and Setup:
The DJ will bring their own equipment, including sound system and lighting, unless otherwise agreed upon.
The client agrees to provide access to the venue for setup and soundcheck well in advance of the event start time.

7. Liability:
The DJ is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the event, unless caused by gross negligence.
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required for the event.

8. Force Majeure:
The DJ is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events.

9. Termination:
The DJ reserves the right to terminate the performance if they feel their safety or well-being is at risk, or if the client breaches any terms of this agreement.

10. Agreement Changes:
- Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

11. Governing Law:
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

By paying a deposit, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this DJ Booking Form.
